Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Licensed to Draft collects, how we use it and the choices you have. The site is operated by LD, doing business as Licensed to Draft.
What we collect. When you buy, we collect your name, email address, billing address and order details. If you join our email list or download a free item, we collect your email address. We also keep messages you send us. Through cookies and similar tools, we collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, using Shopify's built-in analytics.
Payments. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it. To deliver your files, process payments, answer your messages, send emails you have agreed to receive, improve the site, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.
Email. We send marketing email only if you have signed up. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop, such as Shopify, payment processors, our email tool and analytics tools, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your cart and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.
How long we keep it. For as long as needed for orders, taxes, record keeping and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to those requirements.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [contact email]. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, which we will honor as the law requires.
Children. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its date.
