Refund Policy

All sales of digital products from Licensed to Draft are final. Files are delivered right after payment, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is complete.

If there is a problem with your order. If you did not receive your files, a file is damaged or will not open, or you were charged twice for the same order, email LicensedToDraft@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will resend the files, fix the problem, or refund a duplicate charge.

What is not covered. Changing your mind, choosing a different product than you needed, or finding that a template does not fit your situation is not a reason for a refund. Please read the product description and preview pages before you buy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
