These terms apply to your use of this website and to products you buy from Licensed to Draft, operated by [your legal name], doing business as Licensed to Draft ("we" and "us"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Templates, not legal advice. This is a template, not legal advice. Buying it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no attorney reviews your specific situation. Laws vary by state, so consider having a licensed attorney in your state review your final documents and contracts.
Your license. When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and edit it for your own business and your own client work. One purchase covers one person or business. You may not resell, share, post, distribute or sublicense the files or any part of them, including as your own templates, courses or products.
Ownership. We keep all rights in our templates, guides, graphics and website content. A document you create from a template for your own use is yours to use, but you do not gain ownership of the underlying template.
Delivery. Files are delivered digitally by email link after payment. Keep the files somewhere safe. If a link does not work, contact us at [contact email].
Payment and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
Refunds. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for deciding whether a template suits your situation, filling it in accurately and following the laws that apply to you.
No warranty. Products and website content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that they will fit a particular purpose or produce a particular result.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss that results from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Changes. We may update our products, prices and these terms. Changes apply once posted on this site.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
